You will do a 50 minutes sessions in your one to one customized program which will cover warm up/mobility,strength and conditioning and you will finish your session with my flexibility routine.
We Are Functional Aging Specialist certified, who specializes in training adults over the age of 50.
We do provide personal training sessions 1-1,Duos and Trios.
